Step 1

Each student receives a Provider Account in the AC Health App. After they add their educator as a patient, the student will be ready to add the exercises that they choose to prescribe for the educator’s diagnosis in a private Care Plan/HEP.

Step 2

The student adds exercises into their professor/patient’s Care Plan/HEP. Each exercise is recorded by the student through their mobile device’s camera. In addition to that demonstration, they add instructions (ie. reps/sets/intensity/frequency).

Step 3

The educator receives each student’s Care Plan/HEP in their “patient” AC Health App account. The educator evaluates each student’s choice of exercises, the demonstrations and their instructions to the patient.
