Welcome to the latest AC Health Update

New Patient Goals

Therapy and rehabilitation are victories by degree. Every day your patient completes their exercises, they get a little bit stronger – a little bit better.

That progress can be so hard to see on a day-to-day basis. It’s only when you compare where you are with where you’ve been, that you realize how far you’ve come.

With that in mind, we’ve overhauled the Patient Goals section of the AC Health mobile app and online portal.

Take pictures, record video, and write notes to give your patients a visual timeline of their progress – and a reason to keep going.

Automatic Progress Bars

AC Health’s points and badges system serves as an external motivator to ensure patient compliance: A quick rush of dopamine at an activity completed or badge earned.

Now, patients don’t have to wait until they finish an exercise to discover their incentive.

Our new automatically advancing Progress Bars beneath each default and practice-custom badge show patients how close they are to winning another award – but only if they continue adhering to their at-home exercise plans.

Easily Edit Patient Profiles

You asked, and we answered!

Now, providers can quickly and easily edit a patient’s name and email from their AC Health mobile app or online web portal.

Patients can also adjust their own information – and even correct their passwords!

One-Tap Patient Discharge and Re-enrollment

Don’t lose all your patient-specific exercises and outcomes!

Now, keep your every discharged patient in perpetuity with our new Discharge option.

With a single swipe and a tap, a provider can essentially archive their patient from their active patient list.

These patients will be marked with a small (D) before their name.

Should your patient wish to rejoin your practice for a new round of therapy? Simply re-enroll them with the same feature.

All of their previous work and care plans will be restored – just as if they’d never gone.

Best of all, your discharged patients can still access their final custom Care Plan, keeping you top of mind for referrals and future visits even after their time with you is done.

You’ve Got Mail! – Instant Email Notifications

Never miss another in-app message on AC Health with our newly implemented – and completely automatic – email notification system.

Both patients and providers will now get an email notification sent directly to their inbox, regardless of whether app notifications are enabled or if they only use the web portal of AC Health.

These notifications are completely HIPAA compliant, too!

They simply alert the recipient that a new message waits for them in their AC Health account: No frills, and no privacy-breaking extras.
